Laying the cornerstone of the hotel beginning in April 2004
The hotel consists of three floors divided into apartments, suites and rooms and contains also a laundry, a coffee shop, a meeting room, a dewan, two elevators, a backup generator on a 24-hour and a safe parking for cars.
It was the opening in November 30, 2009 by Prime Minister Ali Mujawar also attended the opening, the Governor Adnan al-Jafari, Mr. AbdulKarim Shaif, Mr. Kahlani, Dr .Yahya al-Shuaibi, Mr. AbdulMalik Amer Director of Khormakser.
The hotel overlooks the main street and also on the sea (Arabian Sea) The hotel features a wide rooms, corridors, large and independents bathrooms and there are surveillance cameras at the hotel 24-hour service also wireless internet 2 MB
